This role is responsible for selling Oracle based technical consulting and managed services solutions while developing client relationships, Proactively initiating new business development opportunities while leveraging Baytree internal resources in a true team selling approach, Clearly discuss business critical needs and Baytree’s value proposition with all levels, Must identify and qualify new accounts in a specific territory and or industry vertical, Build a substantial customer base with the potential of generating repeatable revenue from accounts, Develop and maintain relationships with strategic product and service partners, Work closely with Oracle sales, marketing and channel organizations within the region, of management, leveraging our significant, industry-leading portfolio of Oracle based solutions. • The candidate must possess Oracle E-Business Suite business development and technical presentation experience, in order to respond to RFP’s as well as give presentations to prospective clients. • Must have thorough knowledge of the regional marketplace and have strong industry contacts. • Sourcing and obtaining new clients. Uncover and pursue potential clients. • Proposal and RFP writing with Baytree pursuit team. • Post sales follow-up and maintaining newly formed client relationships. • Manage the entire sales process from pipeline generation through closing of business. • Proven ability and willingness to cold call. • Ability to quickly and effectively uncover opportunity and budget at prospective customers. • Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Applications and Oracle technologies. |
