At Baytree, because of our size and focus (strictly Oracle), we have a unique advantage in creating a challenging work environment. We are often are able to assign our associates to projects where their current skill set is utilized while allowing them to join in on other projects to learn new Oracle skills.

Training
Training, formal and informal, is constant within Baytree. We strive to have all of our associates Oracle Certified in their area of specialty.
Baytree offers one week of paid Oracle related training. We will pay your salary and the cost of the course on your behalf. Baytree also offers online training through the Oracle Online Learning Network.
Vacation
The work-life balance at Baytree is another strong part of its culture. Baytree employees begin employment with two weeks (10 days) of vacation. For each year of service, an additional vacation day is granted.
